If my car won't start what fuses should I
look @ to see it they are blown

Look at your owner's manual it will tell you location of all fuse boxes or on line. test all fuses with test lite it is faster than volt meter don't remove blown fuses until all fuses are tested, start with one fuse at a time good manual is a good bible to go by
