Once I accepted an offer and invited someone to purchase my car, can I cancel
the acceptance/invitation?  I completed my portion of the pending sake, but It
has been almost 2 weeks with no response from the potential buyer.

There is no need to cancel an offer since the actual purchase hasn't started yet. Please note that the make an offer tool does not bind the buyer or seller to take any further action. Feel free to discuss other offers with prospective buyers!
