I had to have my car towed to the dealership 30 days ago, turns out the problem was due to a software update they had done that messed my car up. How long do I have to give them to fix the problem? They apparently stil don't now how to repair it, the last I heard the engineers were "revamping the software update", but that was 3 weeks ago! Do I have any legal recourse?

Yes they gave ne a rental, I don't know if it's still under warranty because I purchased it used, so it also doesn't fall under the lemon law here. As far as calling corporate I did that too, no help at all.
