won't start

Replaced fuel pump and lines battery and plugs
car ran for a week . Starting was rough now it
won't start at all tightened the throttle body . I
can hear the pump and fuel is getting to the
engine checked and it's getting sparked . What
else can I try thanks Karen

Sonetimes things lock up.try 2 shots of starter fluid one at a time.listen for the problem
