My gmc jimmy wouldn't turn over so we tried to jump it. In the process the
jumpers touched while connected to both vehicles. We had to use two sets on
jumpers and in the middle of them they touched. Now the lights come on but it
just clicks while trying to start. The radio dont work but the Fuses are all good
and battery is good. What could it be?

Checked every fuse and tried switching the battery neither was it. I keep hearing !maybe the ignition switch

Yes one time and it comes from the fuse box by the engine it sounds like
