2006 Honda civic come to find out the grinding noise no one knew what it was was the tensioner going out it locked up broke spring and caused belt to break. My question is how to get the bolt lose

wrench but when My husband ttys pull
bar he's afraid it will Breck the hex off
what's best way to break lose on side
of road

Thrre really no way to break it losse on the side of the road, You can soak the bolt with liquid wrench or WD40.
