my 2014 kia rio driving on sportmatic  mode only,cannot go to D mode

Thanks Ed I discovered that there is a switch in the gearshift lever is faulty after disconnected it switch back to D mode and once connected it switch back to manual mode and stuck there will change switch and update you. Thanks
