Rotor or Bearings

When im driving down the street i hear
grinding the steering wheel vibirates and
when i turn right the grinding gets louder im
not sure what it could be

Without being there, too hard to diagnose, could be one of a few things. If you're not up on suspensions and drivetrains, I'd take it to a pro. Could be anything from a pebble stuck between rotor and backplate to CV axle to tie rods, to wheel bearings, even tires. See if you can replicate the sound with wheels off the ground.

How old are your brakes? Could just be that replacement pads are needed.
