if i purchase a 2014 subaru crosstrek in October of 2016 should i get the extended 100,000 mile warranty awarded in the class action settlement

will the extended warranty of 100,000 miles awarded to 2014 Subaru crosstrek manual transmission cars in the oil consumption class action law suit carry over to the new owners of cars traded in and now purchased.

Read the warranty to know for sure but I think the warranty is transferable.

The blue temperature gage comes on on the dash when I started is that something to be concerned about
