I have a 1980 Honda Accord start and runs great with or with out AC, wipers and Stereo on. But when the headlights are turned on the engine starts to die, if headlights are turned off before engine dies the engine takes off and runs great. The other thing is the dish lights come on when the breaks are applied, this will also cause engine to start to die. Please help where should I look to correct this? 2 Answers

I have a 2001 honda accord and today my car wouldnt start up , i tried for about 5 mins then i stepped on the gas a little while i was trying to crank it and it finally turned over! My check engine light is on , i just had a few repairs on my car like changing front o2 sensor and brakes and oil change. My car has been hesitating alot in last few months. when i stop at a stop sign for example and then i press on the gas it takes awhile to feel like its normal full power til i step on it kinda hard then it shoots forward to normal. I had 2 codes coming up on my car , the mechanic cleared one when he changed out o2 sensor it was blistered (code had something to do with heating element) but he couldnt clear other code he was hoping in few days it would clear on its own after my oil change p1259 . any suggestions on what i may need this is my only transportation? 2 Answers

95 Honda Accord automatic. I recently bought it. Now, it wont turn over & start. It sounds like it wants to but then doesn't. Also recently, water or liquid is coming out of passenger side floor area, sometimes driver side too. Now the whole floor is basically wet The not starting just started happening.
