My car has 84,000 miles on it
what weight full synthetic  motor
oil should i use

Check your owners manual and take a look at the oil filler cap. I would probably use 5W20.

The same weight oil you have been using, no need to increase the viscosity because of little miles. Just make sure if you are burning to add some oil in between changes.
