Question type: Maintenance & Repair

2002 Ford Expedition XLT 4x4 I think has a bad transmission, won't go over 15 mph.
Check engine light shows evap & heater control codes. Engine runs great.

The computer may be in Limp home mode caused by a bad sensor, follow the codes and check related systems.

The resolution was to replace the transmission. I went to the LKQ website and found a used transmission for only $350 to include torque convertor and a 6 month warranty. Thank You LKQ.

The error codes didn't show up on the computer.... but replacing the transmission was the best option for the money...
