P0358 designates a short or disconnect on the #8 cylinder firing (http://www.obd-codes.com). Those wires are somewhat fragile and that one might not be making good connection - did you use dielectric grease when you reconnected the plug to the coil? You might try to wiggle the wire to the coil to see if that solves the problem - if so, then the wiring harness or the coil itself may be the issue. Good luck!

Did you clear the codes and drive it a while before the "Check Engine" light came back on? It takes a long time to clear a code by just driving it. If you can access one, use a scan tool that can check PIDs so you can see what #8 cylinder is actually doing. If the Spark Plug is good (recheck it), the Coil Pack is new (I'd swap it with another coil pack to see if there's a difference) and there's dielectric compound in the boot, check the wiring from that coil pack to the PCM and if that's good you may need a PCM.
