Honda crv password authentication

Asked by Marksaw Apr 09, 2020 at 05:26 AM about the 2014 Honda CR-V EX-L AWD with Navigation

Question type: General

Hey guys, I recently got my battery changed for my Honda CR V; now when I
start the car my radio/navigation is asking for a password. In the manual it
says it should have come with the car, but as I got it from the dealer he
reckons the only way to get the password is to come for a service during
which they would pull the radio apart to the get the sticker, which I think to be
a bit of an overkill. I've looked online for tutorials saying to hold and press 1
and 6 button, but as you can see in my picture I've got a touchscreen so how
am I supposed to do it? If you guys could help me out it would be great and
save me a lot of money! Thanks
