Hi. Car gurus

Just purchased 2014 Honda CRV.  owners manual
awful at showing how headlights work. I do not
have auto or fog lights. Just regular headlights and
parking lights. Because I have to drive in fog at
times, which lights do I use?  The parking; and are
those the same as low beam lights?  Or my regular
headlights?  Gets pretty foggy out here at times. I
appreciate your time, concer, and expertise
