heat not turning on in 2014 toyota camry, what could be the problem

Manual air conditioning/heat, fan is working. I turn the temperature knob to
heat, still only cold air comes out.

A picture of the HVAC Controls might help answer this question. My guess is the system is computer Controlled. Are there any warning lights on or flashing? In most systems...when you turn the Temp Knob from Heat To Cold...and/or Cold to Heat...a computer runs a stepper motor which moves something we call a Blend Door. When the Stepper Motor Fails...door does not move. computer "sees" that the door did not move...and...either sets a code/and or flashes a warning light. A Scan Tool is usually attached to the vehicle for accurate diagnosis. The proper scan tool could and should be able to command the Blend Door to function. So...a trip to the Dealership may be required. What is the mileage on this vehicle?
