I wouldn't as there are many for sale a good prices with less miles.

So it's three years old as the 2017's are already for sale, so the price should reflect that plus the deduct for slightly higher mileage than normal, if the service records are avaliable that would be a plus, if you are truly interested in this car then make sure you have it checked over by a shop that does used car checks, it is money well spent, also do some research on the model, see what others have to say about the problems they have had. Sometimes higher mileage vehicles are actually better than low mileage vehicles just due to the type of driving they have done, like 30K city vs 50K highway, I would pick the 50K.

If the price is right and the car checks out why not buy it?

50,000 is still a relatively young car. If the price takes into account mileage, there's no reason to be deterred by that.
