Neutral safety switch has alignment adjustment there with those parts were they all connect together and sounds like it needs work. Although most times it will be off a little bit and look like its at the edge of the next gear when its in the gear next to it, but its worth looking at.
Just put a used transmission in my 2002 envoy and the shifter moves but the truck won't go anywhere what could be the problem ?
