I would like to pose this question to the community! Browsing the inter-webs
came across a 2014 BMW 335i xDrive M Sport w/ pretty high mileage, over
200,000 KMs price at around $17k. I'm aware of most issues found in N55
engines and I'm not afraid to work on my own cars, currently drive a e90
330xi w/ 257k mileage. Question I like to ask is what would be the best price
to offer the seller or should I avoid it all together considering the kilometres.

I would advise other people to skip it but since you have experience with BMW's all I can say is offer less and negotiate the best deal you can.
