What is coming from the dashboard into the
floor in slide the Chrysler 200

Could be anti-freeze, that would be the heater core, green or red substance, otherwise if it is just water, then there is a leak in a seam, weather stripping, or windshield or the dryer unit for the AC moister accumulator drain could be plugged up.
