Maybe a ground didn't get put back on- you can take it to the body shop and have them check it- or take it to the dealer under warranty- maybe the climate control just went bad-
I had same problem & left door mode actuator was replaced. Repair was covered by the warranty.
Just had minor fender bender repair on passenger side front end and front bumper. Heat is just blowing out cold air.
