I was locked out of my 2014 Chrylser Town & Country when my keys were inside the rear entry door.

Asked by Heyjudithb Nov 19, 2015 at 10:27 PM about the 2014 Chrysler Town & Country Limited FWD

Question type: General

After opening the rear entry door with the RKE, I inadvertently closed the rear
door with my keys still inside.  The car did not beep or unlock and I had to call
for help from AAA to break into the vehicle.  Why didn't the auto unlock
mechanism work?

I think it needs to be programmed, check your owners manual for instructions.

Being very careful pry the top of the front door open just enough to slip a wire coat hanger in to press the power door lock button to the unlock position
