touch screen radio

My radio system will not load an just shows the screen with the toyota symbol.
The back up camera works but that is it. I have tried push the power button for
3 seconds to reset but it still does not load past the toyota screen.

I have a 2014 Corolla LE and I have the very same issue. There is very scant information online and most of the other issues I've read or seen on video pertain to users whose touchscreen loads but the touchscreen won't work. The feedback from Dealers is that the entire radio unit has to be replaced for $900 (parts) and $200 (labor) + taxes. While that sucks it doesn't seem to be the same problem as you and I have.
