The intellisync, says after the car has been jumped off, open and close driver window

Test the 300 milliamp. When it does it to mine, I tap lightly and the short jump across it and I can then start. Most times 3 out of the 5 times this has occurred. When car does start, it acts like the battery was just installed. Still working on it.
Car won't start, battery and alternator tested good indeed intellisync window it says open and close driver window... what could this be?
