I have a 2010 crown Vic it keeps overheating, I
replaced thermostat, and fan still works, I put
coolant in but it's disappearing with no leaks.

If you really do not have any external leaks then you have a leaking head gasket. Do you have white exhaust smoke?

That is good so look for small external leaks. You could also put some Alumaseal in the radiator which can stop pin hole leaks.
