08 Ford Crown Vic PI, normally drives smooth/fast but hesitates upon acceleration to slower speeds. Any ideas?

Hello all!!  I have an 08 Ford Crown Vic PI with 116K.  Normally drives
smooth/fast but sometimes hesitates slightly upon slower acceleration.
Will check condition of spark plugs, IAC and MAF.

Also clean the throttle body and throttle body plate, (butterfly) with carburetor cleaner. The Mass air flow sensor and screen, clean with MAF spray cleaner. And check the air filter.
