Is there a relay for the coolant fan on a 2008 ford
crown Vic police pkg

Yes there is at least one relay. In some, there would be a high and low speed relay. Check in the fuse box under the hood. The relay cover has a diagram to indicate fuses and relays. Look for the one or tow that says "FAN". Good luck :-)
