07 crown Victoria police interceptor

My car hesitates on takeoff and act like it wants to
cut off when taking sharp turn it runs good on
Highway but like I said it hesitates on takeoff till
about 20 miles per hour and struggle going uphill
but if I put my foot into it kills the Jerk some I don't
have a check engine light on

I would check the codes anyway. I suspect you may have bad coil(s) or it may need new spark plugs.
