Is it safe to use throttle body cleaner on a 2007 crown Victoria TB ?

I know some cars you cant because they are drive by wire / vise versa  forget
so I was wondering what the answer is to an 07 vic?

Ford says not to clean the TB, It's because it leaves a film on the TB. There are some cleaners that will not leave this film. If there is a red sticker on the TB that says "DO NOT CLEAN" then do not clean. if it's fly by wire I would not clean it at all !
