ford crown victoria 2007 lousin power

Hi i have a ford crown victoria 2007 that when i go up a hill the engine light star to blinking  
and it  luse power., and smell like gasoline or something is burning i put the scanner but
no cods came out., please help tanks

How long since a tune up? If not sure I would start with inspecting air filter and spark plugs.

I agree with dandyoun. Pulling the plugs should give you an idea about what's going on inside the engine. I would also replace the fuel filter and only get gas from a reputable gas stations. I'm also a fan of putting seafoam in my tank occasionally.

That was the exact same symptom I was having when my 1997's intake manifold cracked. Your 2007 should have the newer design, but that doesn't mean it can't be cracked. And when the CEL is blinking, stop driving it because you could be doing serious damage to the engine and/or catalytic converter..
