i have a 2006 crown vic my passenger tail light wont work i changed the bulbs

Is it just the taillights or the whole marker light system, if so check the fuse for power with the lights on, you should have power through the fuse, if you do then you have a broken circuit somewhere after the fuse, if you don't have any power, then you could have a bad headlight switch.
Ex police car, could also have a series of relays that have been installed for extra load carrying, as I don't know how it has been wired you will have to check for that relay strip if it still exists.
its just the passenger tail light i have brake lights i have blinkers
Just one tail light could be just a bad socket, get a simple test light and you can check for power and the lights ground, one wire will be the turn signal/brake light, the other is the tail light and the third is the socket ground.
It may also be in the wire loom. Too much tension could cause the wires to pull out of any of the connectors, especially if the loom goes though the trunk or under the rear seat where it could bear friction and pressure, This could be causing wires to become broken inside the insulation. .
