why is my crown vic overheating??

i have a 06 crown vic PI and it started overheating a couple months ago. i
changed the thermostat, flushed the cooling system, and checked the water
pump (it was changed right before i bought it). the A/C doesnt work either, not
sure if that has anything to do with it.

Does the electric fan at the radiator work?

yeah the fans are working. i saw some fluid leaking from two hoses (i believe theyre the heating hoses?) not a serious fast leak but it was dripping.
I've had the same problem with a 2002 CV. High cooling aftermarket Radiator, change of thermostat, coolant,m water pump and hoses, and finally a cleaning/flushing process. Fan worked last time I watched under the hood and the evap tank is routed from new radiator fill. Radiator cap has an analog thermostat that reads close to 200 degrees when overheating condition occurs; usually after an hour or 2 of city driving. When I stopped and looked, the Evap tank was nearly emp[ty again buit there a positively no leaks. What ever is causing this is not i9n the cooling system; it has to be an engine issue or ECM failure.

Hey check your plug running to the radiator fan mine burnt out for some reason causing the ac not to work and the fan to be intermittent ..its a common issue that those plugs melt ..id check those before flushing and replacing parts..make sure to use the green coolant (ethylene glycol) don't use the dexcool green stuff works better
The type of coolant changes from CV model year, Be sure to ck out the correct 1 to use. For example the 2004 CV does not use green but the gold color.
