all my exterior lights are like 1/2 lit, can anyone tell me whats wrong ??

for some reason, my outside lights on my 05 crown vic p71 are very dim, i have
no idea what could be causing it, please help me as im afraid to drive at  night

You need to find the ground wires up front for the headlight and clean them up. Bad ground.

thank you for answering so fast, but would that also fix the tail lights ?

Tail lights dim = ground wires. Sounds like you should clean all ground wires you can find, especially the grounds from the battery to the frame, frame to the engine, & engine to the body, along with the external grounds for the head lights and tail lights. This just makes everything work nice. Just keep the power off, headlight switch off when you are doing this. Strange things can happen because of power surges. Just test after you have completed a wire.
