2002 ford crown vic with police intersection

Iam making a demo car  and iam runing stock 4.6
in it it ran befor i drop gas tank i  discounted  the
battier both cables drop gas tank and put fuel
pump in a fuel cell in side  now it will not start  got
fuel to top of engine

got spark ? some vehicles are particular about fuel pressure and spark , just having them may not be enough , injectors are firing ?
