I have replaced the intake manifold, fuel pump, fuel
filter, got a tune up, new thermostat,

When I drive about 15 minutes or so my car lose
power and cuts off and I have to wait awhile to
crank back up, what do you think this can be??

Have the alternator checked and check the battery posts for build up and clean them off also check the wiring you might have a short or a bad ground

Crankshaft sensor is your problem sweetie I have a 2005 Ford Crown Vic p71 and it done the same thing I change the crankshaft sensor and I never had that problem again

i have same problem 95 vic... totally random hotter weather seems to make it worse, i will try your fix and see if that works. yhanks
