Alignment for 2014 Chevy Camaro

I brought my car to Modica Bros. to have the alignment
done, but was informed that they couldn't do it because the
car required an electrical alignment, and they didn't have
the proper equipment. Where can I bring my car to have an
alignment done? Also, my car's power steering is out, will
this effect having the alignment done?

I do alignments in my driveway with string , two parallel lines , it ain't rocket science . They built cathedrals 1,000 years ago with compasses
