2014 Ford Escape Titanium, 39,000 miles

Question type: Car Customization

So few miles, and ALREADY needs rear
upper and lower arms and bushings, and
have been waiting over a month for the parts
so the mechanic can fix it. Why are people
having trouble getting parts from Ford?

Whoa Nelly! This is a free service by volunteers. Check your attitude at the door.

Even if you went to a pay site you would not get an answer this fast. Cussing people out because you don't get an answer in 2 minutes?! Try laying that attitude on the parts guy and see if you ever get your parts.

You are the ones that kept asking ME for an ANSWER... I am the one asking a question, and your service is suppose to give the answer, not me. I apologize, but it's very frustrating. I've only had this vehicle for 8 months, and it's not the mechanic jerking me around. I've seen other people on this site who aren't receiving parts either. I assumed that you would know what's going on with Ford.

Call up your Ford dealer and ask the parts counter what is going on. We ask questions to clarify and to get more information so that you get a good answer. I have Fords and never have a problem getting parts.
