Only if you want piece of mind and can sleep at night. I personally just pay for repairs when they come up. Why pay for repairs up front, especially if nothing happens?
A Ford backed warranty would be best if you can get one. I am not sure a 6 year old car would be worth the expense. Save the money instead and pay as you go.
