My 2014 Ford Explorer only blows hot air out of defroster.

Hot air blowing out of defroster. Air does not work. Console controls do not
work (except for discovering phone in bluetooth). Radio also does not turn off.  
Happened after having window open for 1.5 minutes in heavy rain. Also 400
miles over 36K mile warranty.

that indicates the front control module not functioning correctly, try disconnecting the battery for about 15 mins. sometimes it works, and it reboots the module. other wise you will need a new one
