Why my 1987 dodge truck 3.9 v6 don,t start. are there cam and crank sensors on this truck ?

truck wont start , every thing on truck works eccept there,s no power to
injectors and distribuitor . ( no spark )

For me, just got it fixed this week, it was the ECM. Should have known maybe as there were never any lights on the dash and no history of codes when we put it on a scanner.
