No fuel to throttle body

I put a throttle body spacer on my
1989 Chevy Blazer 5.7L TBI. Cranked
and idled good but driving it seemed
to be starving for fuel. Stopped
running and I’m now I’m not getting
any fuel to the throttle body. Do I
need a higher PSI fuel pressure
spring?

    89 Chevy 1500 cranks over fine, won't start. Starts and runs when pour fuel into tb, then quits when runs out of that fuel.

    If I pore gas in my tbi then I have oil presume but if I try to crank it otherwise no oil pressure I have replaced the pump and tank and fuel filter and my tbi is dry
