My car has been starting very slowly with
alot of sputtering. For a while but then it
finally died on me. But i know its not the
battery cause everything turns on when i
turn the key and the battery is new but the
car wont even turn over. A mechanic said
the alternator was good I let me turn it on
once after the issue but i turned it off then
tried it again and then it wouldnt turn over.  
It might be a bad connection somewhere but
i dont know where to check.

First thing, make sure all of your battery connections are good and clean. Make sure every thing is tight. Clean your grounds. Check the connections on the starter also. Those can get corroded just like the battery cables. Then check your fuses to make sure you didn't blow anything. If you turn the key and still get a no start try this..have someone hold the key to the start position, as they hold the key, locate the starter and rap it with a hammer. If it suddenly turns over, this means your starter is bad and needs replacement. If no results, post back.
