I have no compression, the timing belt is on right, everything seems to be in

No compression or a little bit of compression and why would you mention the timing belt? It take 2 revolutions of the timing belt pulley (720 degrees) to complete a cycle so the belt may be 360 degrees off

I had the same problem in Feb.2017. I replaced rings, bearings head gasket. It turned out to be a intake gasket.
