It will start but it sounds like it is hitting on 2 plugs but can give it a little gas and it will
smooth out but you put it into gear and drive it spits and spats you have either give it
more gas or hold it steady so it will not spit and spat

If the car runs bad at low speed or low idle, it could be a vacuum leak. Vacuum gauges are inexpensive

    Just got my tracker and it runs fine until I put it in park or neutral, then the engine lopes from high rims back to regular rpm's. seems to do this more when the engine is warm.
