1986 S-10 won’t start

Hello,

I have an ‘86 S-10 that won’t start. Sometimes the
engine turns over and sometimes it doesn’t. My
multimeter indicates that it’s charged.

Every once in a while I get lucky and the engine
turns over but it doesn’t crank.

Any ideas for troubleshooting steps?
