Question type: Maintenance & Repair

My 2003 2.3 ford ranger is misfiring in the
first 1000 rpm. Changed the spark plugs,
spark plug wires. Still is the same. Any
ideas of what to do?

P0316 is probably the coil itself if you don't see any other problems. If your coil has the little pin sticking up in the middle of where the plugwire goes into it those are known to drop a cylinder.
