Hello, I received three full price offers, but nobody
has even seen the car. Is this a scam?

The big scam is they agree to any price, then send you a big check including some extra money to cover shipping. You agree and cash the check, then forward money to the shipper. The check bounces, and the money you sent to the "shipper" (i.e. the scammer) is long gone. Not only are you out the money you wired to the shipper, you also have to deal with potential overdrafts or fees on your account resulting from the bounced check.
