I had my truck  idling and then it cut off and didn’t
have any power going to the dash or fuel pump but
if you jump the starter off it will turn over but won’t
start cause of fuel but I have no idea what
happened while idling

Check you have electrical power - charged battery, good connections at battery, good battery harness/cables, good main or mega fuse, good fusible links. Truck is over 30 years old, some part of your wiring harness has failed. Give it a voltage drop test to the starter to start with.

Did that and it’s got good power going to the starter head lights and everything like that cut on but nothing will cut on that gos to the motor it’s a 2.8 5 speed and it’s carbureted even tryed roll starting it and nothing happened
