Heater blowing cold air

Both heater hoses are hot at firewall

Could be a stuck temp blend door, stuck open to the AC position and not heat. Google your vehicle's HVAC layout and see where blend door is, try and verify if it moves when you change desired temp from hot to cold. If it doesn't move may be a bad actuator.
