Why the truck won't start?

Question type: General

We have power, fuel, and no spark. There is a new coil on it and a new ignition
module new electronic voltage regulator and all the grounds and fuses are
good. But when we try to start it it'll turn over but not turn on and the rear lights
will not come on at all why??
